Managed the manufacturing operations of two diverse manufacturing plants, one in Lake Mary, Florida and one in Kennett Square, Pa., as well as the Faros global Supply Chain and global Demand Management.

" Recruited to and hired as Supply Chain Manager, promoted to Sr. Director of Operations and Supply Chain to manage two plants. When company closed one plant and had significant revenue shortfall at the second plant, the position was eliminated.

" Introduced Kanban techniques resulting in reducing Andrews copper inventory holdings from 6.1 million lbs. to 1.3 million lbs., eliminating carrying costs on $7.5 million.
" Developed and introduced an inventory stratification system that identified inventory reduction of $4 million.
" Developed and implemented a point of use Kanban system, utilizing 5 S and back-flushing that provided zero material wait time for a 30,000 unit per week cable assembly process.
