1996 2001: Director-Reimbursement Concepts of Care, Dallas, TX Concepts of Care (CC Inc.) was one of the largest home health (HH) companies in Texas. * 55+ Cost reports per year - CMS Audits - Integrated 17 legacy systems for SEC reporting. * Helped prepare Initial Public Offering (IPO) and the subsequent SEC reporting requirements. * One of the last two of six hundred employees to leave the company after CMS implemented PPS.
1987 1995: Charter Medical [Acute]/THC, Arlington, TX Vice President, New Business Development Transitional Hospital Corporation (THC) THC was a startup corporation, all services, products, information systems, were developed from the ground up. * Performed several due diligence studies for mergers with competing companies. * Conversion of behavioral health hospital wings into LTAC wings. * Installation and migration of existing information systems.
