Negotiated a line of credit to finance a $70 Million expansion Results: a financial arrangement that allows the company to double capacity in USA.
Re-organized the Finance and Administration department , moving the department to a more active partnership with operations. Results: Better understanding of the profitability drivers, better profitability, improved relevance, quality, and timing of reporting.
Played a key leadership role in the definition and execution for the strategic direction designed to achieve rapid growth for the company. Results: Company grew to $100 Million in sales in 5 years from first year sales of $20 Million. Had significant expansion in the manufacturing capacity, positioning the company to grow in South America, particularly in Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
Lead the execution of a major restructuring of Company in Spain Results: sold part of the manufacturing operation; shut down another one and maintained the commercial operation with minimum tax and legal cost;

Finalized the shutdown of a Mexican subsidiary; ensured compliance with all legal requirements. Chief Operating Officer, Subsidiary, Montreal, Quebec. 2001-2002 Full P&L and budget responsibility , a 400-person unit with $ 50 million in annual revenue, 2 manufacturing facilities. Started the integration of all key corporate functions of a newly acquired firm, into a unified culture with this subsidiary.
