•Successfully brought a new analytic product to market, i2 Performance Manager. The product was developed jointly with a partner by teams in the US and India. •Provided the leadership and technical support that enabled the business units to meet all deployment objectives in support of transitioning to a services architecture. 2001-2003 Vice President, Product Development Responsible for development and delivery of supply chain management and retail product lines. Managed strategic relationships with key outsourcing and joint development partners. •Met or exceeded all operational goals managing over 200 employees, revenues over $100MM, and budgets in excess of $30MM. •Pioneered the use of the Spiral Development Process to improve quality and customer intimacy at a key retail account. •Led negotiations for strategic deals involving asset sales, outsourcing, and joint development which reduced cost over 50%. •Led a successful business model change to reposition a product as a service.

Provided technical leadership, manage schedule and budget for development of real-time embedded software for a successful $12 million improvement program for an infrared imaging and missile launch control system.

1992-1995 Software Quality Engineer Provided quality assurance support to the software team for a proprietary real-time embedded application of 100,000+ lines of assembly developed in accordance with military specification 2167A.
