Direct new product development teams at the business unit level of EFI’s industry-leading digital super wide format ink jet printer division. Lead the transformation of business unit product development process to improve operating results.

• Participate in the definition and development of printer & ink set product roadmap. Measured on successful first customer shipment (FCS).
• Co-chair the Product Review Board for the VUTEK business unit, and provide guidance to the senior staff on metrics to improve development cycle time.
