• Responsible for top leader mentorship, General Manager and Directors, in X's offshore office.
• Lead PMO office that is responsible for offshore operations in India and Philippines. • Temporarily lead the team in recruiting personnel as the team grew from 10 personnel to over 160 in 7 months while finding a suitable local person to lead this company.

Director of Retail Software Development and Support, Leeds, U.K.
• Integrated two UK based acquisitions located in Leeds and Oxford that provide retail functionality (warehouse, ordering, pricing, store operations, data warehouse/Business Intelligence) for Company X Retail Vertical Team.
• Lead Retail Steering Committee comprised of CIO level clients where future X retail product strategy and direction is determined.

• Responsible for leading teams that developed customer software for landline and cellphone telephone companies.
• Awarded Titan’s Program Management Award in 1994 for results in changing the customer satisfaction and ability to rally the team in delivering products on-time and on-budget time.
• My team and I achieved a SEI CMM rating of Level 2 and showed tremendous progress towards obtaining a Level 3 while working towards this goal for only 12 months.
• Established and tracked P&L for $15M annual budget with 100 full time resources. Margin was 33-35% each year.

Software Developer/Program Manager, Reston, VA
• Developed a winning proposal for a $1.2M fixed price contract with U.S. government.
• Asked to recover several high visibility software development projects that were behind schedule and over budget. We delivered all projects on-time and on-budget.
