Advise senior business leaders; assess needs and design financial and operational turnaround or improvement plans; manage projects from conception through completion.
* Currently managing business and turnaround engagements for a packaging materials manufacturer, trucking company, photo laboratory, a distillation company, and several construction companies. Recently served in interim CFO and COO capacities for client companies in transition.
* Manage with other partners, the Mergers/Acquisitions practice, helping entrepreneurs to buy and sell businesses in regional and international markets.

In July 2010, purchased with a partner, an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of steel dowel pins for original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and the distribution marketplace.
* Doubled the company's backlog and top line revenues in less than a year. Sold the company in 2011.
