Transitioned into IT services, initially as an independent consultant/project manager for outsourced projects. Due to demand for high quality customized systems/software development, formed a boutique consulting company. Data Tools & Database Management
· Created programs for large scale database analysis, data mining, data warehousing and OLAP. Built comprehensive data solutions integrating multiple databases (using Oracle, SQL Server, Notes, Access).
· Automated compilation/scrubbing of market intelligence data purchased from vendors, then designed supplemental desktop applications to allow for easy data manipulation and presentation by non-technical executive users.

Recruited to formalize development standards and provide expertise in software tools design. In tandem, oversaw the corporate IT infrastructure, product development, key customer projects, and outside regulatory/quality audits. · Created a completely new software toolset (operating system, database system, screen handlers, report writers) by applying a pragmatic approach to standards development, which enhanced the development lifecycle.
· Maintained federal and industry compliance with standards governing medical software development. Completed 10+ FDA and GMP audits with no exceptions by implementing a world-class quality system.
