Functionality includes management of field and depot service orders, engineer assignments, warranty management, parts orders, material consumption, contract sales, and invoicing. Manage business process requirements, functional specs, data conversion, interfaces, enhancements, reports and forms. Special focus on credit management process, credit card payments, taxation, SOX compliance, master data integrity, and integration with corporate SAP ERP system and Oracle Financial system. Provide post go-live support. - Manage master data for legacy applications. Integrate applications and interfaces to use master data from corporate SAP ERP system.
