EXECUTIVE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Directed the long term cost reduction initiatives related to network design and production allocation. Serving as lead Logistics / Finance manager on Texas Profitability Team.
• Deeply involved in the implementation of strategic savings initiatives across the supply chain.
• Manage staff of eight professionals including a Plant Controller.
• Negotiated sublease and 3PL operating agreement valued at 1.6MM in revenue.

Regional Planning Manager – Supply Chain 2003 – 2004
• Developmental assignment designed to expand knowledge of and experience in production planning, inventory control and materials management.
• Responsible for short and long term production planning, capacity requirements, inventory levels, raw material purchasing and SAP BOM maintenance for three factories. Converted these operational plans into accurate financial forecasts.

• Responsible for the financial and operational life cycle of over 320 vehicles, including straight trucks, tractors, tankers, trailers and forklifts. This responsibility includes cost justification, determining specifications, ordering, maintaining and disposing of all vehicles in the region.
• Manage three maintenance shops and ten employees located across the region.
