Identified and developed from start-up the global strategic planning requirements for medical parts support for EMEA, LATAM, NA and APAC. This included balancing specific country demand requirements, establishing regional bonded depots and national DC's (distribution centers) with 3PL companies and/or internal operations to manage medical parts support stocking at a $350M inventory level. Established country specific bonded warehouses, in Germany, the Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina and Singapore.
Built operational service logistic development for North and Latin America by establishing effective distribution center operations, multi modal efficient distribution lanes, and utilizing import tax/VAT savings processes developed working with multiple 3PLS.
Transformed global distribution networks impacted by M&A. Streamlining operational processes, cutting costs while developing a higher level of customer satisfaction. Saved annually $2 million in Brazilian import duties by redesigning the importation and Nota Fiscal processes.
