Liquidated after Hong Kong/Southern China commercial shutdown due to SARS epidemic. Co-Founder, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer ·Purchased Failsafe PLC, largest disaster recovery company business and data center (370,000 square foot facility) in Singapore.
PREMIUM POWER CORPORATION (f/k/a Powercell Corporation) 2000 to 2002 (Entrepreneurial) U.S., Austria and Malaysia Designer and manufacturer of industrial integrated power storage and management systems that provide enhanced electric reliability and power quality.
Co-Founder (Premium Power), General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer ·Responsible for Administration, Legal, Finance, H/R, Investor Relations for US parent and Austrian and Malaysian subsidiaries (majority of employees in Austria).
