CAREER HISTORY
Director - Business Systems, HSBC (a $6.5B banking division), 2004 to 2009. Created and managed full life cycle of applications including design, development, testing, and implementation for enterprise software systems. Drafted and executed one, three, and five year operating plans. Held $45M P&L and directed 185 employees.
Senior Software Manager, HSBC, 2002 to 2004. Coordinated software systems development for Credit Card Services division. Led recovery and testing of mission critical systems. Managed $25M budget and 96 employees.
Director of Development, American Express (a $7.6B financial services firm), 1998 to 2002. Led business metric development for $3.3M project budget. Oversaw 40 on- and off-shore staff, supporting 7,000 end users. Designed interactive data warehouse. Reviewed projects for security and compliance. Managed $10M budget.
