Juarez MX - El Paso TX September 1993 - October 1994 (1 year 2 months) Middle of 1993 HKD was sold to KTC, new top management challenge me to facilitate transfer of processes, technology and equipment to our location. Thus a team of engineers and management was form and successful installed and certified population of printed circuit boards, automatic insertion and sequencer equipment, wave soldering and automated electronic testing.
Several management positions held - Production - Facility - Quality at Honeywell Keyboard Division (HKD) Cd. Juarez MX - El Paso TX February 1984 - September 1993 (9 years 8 months) Probably my most significant achievement at Honeywell was as Quality Manager, as I was able to change perception in the organization regarding quality, through implementation of Crosby "quality is free" and TQM concepts. This new vision to quality brought much better acceptance rates at outgoing inspection station.
