Operations-- The Energy Division was one of the most profitable operating units in the firm with profits per partner greatly exceeding the firm average for 1997-2001.
Growth-- Managed the growth of the Energy Division from $31 million in 1996 to $40 million in 2001, or 6% per year. This was accomplished in an adverse environment with the loss of several major clients due to consolidation of the energy industry and recessionary pressures in 2001.
Client Satisfaction-- Firm consistently received the highest rating in client satisfaction by Emerson in both its U.S. Energy Industry and Houston audit practice studies.
People-- Successfully improved our campus and experienced hire recruiting results; adding fifty personnel per year.

IPO and Public Company Experience-- Majority of clients have been public. Involved in eight client IPOs or related transactions ( e.g. carve-outs, reverse mergers ).
Processes and Controls-- Assisted clients in enhancing and improving processes and internal controls. Ability to recognize gaps in controls and recommend improvements or streamline excessive processes.
