This includes defining the IT direction and strategy over multiple years and locations; identifying short and long term goals; leveraging technology to create a marketplace differentiator. The results impacted revenue, operations and the perception of IT for internal and external clients.
Business Growth: I represented technology in the business development process working closely with the sales and marketing to assess the business market place. Working with the executive leadership, we managed through technical and operational obstacles to implement web portal solutions focused on “making it easier to do business with us.” The portals moved the sales and client environments from a paper based, people driven system to a highly interactive customer self-service web portal. The solution both increase revenue and decrease operating costs. This increased retention with customers and sales reps. Revenue Increase: 20%; Operating Cost Decrease 25%; Client Retention 25%; Sales Rep Retention 15%.
Critical Project Execution: Led the implementation of very large, complex project/program that led to the consolidation of systems and processes.. The team was 200 with a budget of $100M.
