•Developed Actual Gross Margin reporting by sales program, comparing actual cost to standard cost and sales quote enabling management to focus on improving underperforming programs
•Planned and implemented 401(K) Plan conversion to participant directed; led multifunction team in identifying new 401(K) provider resulting in significant percentage of employee satisfaction and reduced company expenses by $50,000 in first year.
•Instituted Pay on Receipt, enabling a 50% increase in production suppliers without any increase in accounts payable personnel.

$750 Million Manufacturing Company
Government Contracts Coordinator, 1985 - 1988
•Administered and maintained all Government contract accounting responsibilities, including preparation of required Government documentation and audit data.
•Worked closely with management to determine selling prices, as well as worked directly in contract negotiations.
•Established accounting systems required to pass Government audits for contracts.
•Coordinated efforts of Advanced Technical Center in obtaining it's first ever Government contract.
