Vice President of Programming

I oversee Dial Global’s Custom Market division which provides consultation and music service to over 500 radio stations per week. I am also part of the content and format creation for other Dial-Global divisions including DG Local and DG 24/7. I was charged with heading up the companies Virtual Management initiative in December 2010.

Vice President/Director of Operations

Contracted a three-year, three-phase project to secure business location, develop and launch two unique contemporary formats, and maintain the formats through the sale of the business. Oversaw all business location developments, researched and developed formats, recruited and coached on-air talent, managed $2.1 million budget, and consulted business development.

-Created Martini on the Rockies, a unique, contemporary approach to the adult-standard format achieving immediate audience acceptance ranking Top-Five in target market sub-cells
-Produced quarterly audience increases ranging from 5% to 20% on restricted move-in signals
-Developed and copyrighted MP-Me!, a desktop website gateway with 4500 downloads within the first 45 days of launch

Vice President/Director of Operations

Contracted a one-year, three-phase project to secure business location, launch a radio format, and stabilize programming operations through transition to local management. -Launched the only Hispanic-based bilingual Top-40 radio station in Phoenix and achieved a 20+ share of the younger Hispanic population within five months
-Created unique web-interactive “request” module increasing web site stickiness by 20%
-Created the first vocational Mixer school for at-risk high school youth with 25 first-year graduates

-Produced the most #1 audience share ratings ever for any one programmer in the Phoenix Market

Director of Programming

Long-term project for Sandusky included managing the programming for all Sandusky acquisitions in Phoenix. Each additional acquisition project demanded a high degree of talent management and motivation, market analysis, research projects, dynamic I.T. solutions, and management of multiple budgets.

Prior to Sandusky I have continually been promoted starting with Morning Personality to Music Director to Assistant Program Director to Program Director in markets such as San Jose, Las Vegas, Tucson, and El Paso.

-Produced the highest-rated Jazz station in history of Las Vegas radio
