Executive Job Description | The Senior Indirect Sourcing Manager has the responsibility for the development and maintenance of strategic initiatives within all indirect sourcing categories of responsibility including all HR, and IT categories. Specific responsibilities include development of category strategies, supplier negotiations, integration with business units, identification of cost savings opportunities, and overall management of supplier relationships. Total dollar spend responsibility is approximately $100 million.
Responsibilities * Procurement of all indirect services (non-raw material), inclusive of all non-raw material procurement at the corporate shared service level * Integrate all procurement P2P activities with Ariba system in conjunction with Ariba project team * Work with supplier base to continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities * Integrate strategic procurement activities with business unit representatives where required * Report category activities to organization on a regular basis * Objective setting, measurement, reporting, and process improvement in all areas of responsibility * Support entire corporate sourcing function in process and performance management activities

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline. APICS certification is strongly preferred. 5 - 7 years experience in purchasing or supply chain management is required. Previous and most-recent Indirect Sourcing experience is required, preferably with IT and HR services. Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills are essential in this role. Ability to establish supplier specifications, measure conformance, and identify process improvement opportunities that are defined in conjunction with internal customers (business units) is critical to the position Abillity to create a strategy and implement it across a variety of businesses and locations is required. Accountable for a high level of self and supplier performance Ability to work independently or in a team Strong project management/leadership skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business unit General Managers US Citizens or GC Holders Only
