Executive Job Description	Master Business Excellence - Master Black Belt-AZ #1349 This company is a global, broad-based health care company devoted to the discovery, development, manufacture and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical products, including nutritionals, devices and diagnostics. Key Duties, Activities and Responsibilities: " Leads the development of and implementation of division wide Business Excellence training program. " Coordinates and facilitates BEx training classes and curriculum. " Works with Business Excellence Regional Manager to establish certification standards. " Trains, mentors, and coaches black belts and green belts. " Drives site improvement projects identification/implementation and appropriate alignment of black belt/ green belt candidates. " Facilitates and promotes best-practice sharing. " Will be expected to lead a select number of high impact business improvement projects across the division. " Will be expected to be the main hands on driver of the site culture of Lean and continuous improvement. " Will be responsible to deliver at least 3% year over year (cash flow) cost of goods sold reduction. " Yes, 20 % of the Time Work Experience, Skills and Education Required: " Demonstrated track record of applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to achieve superior business results. " A distinguished leader with excellent judgment. " Exceptional analytical skills. " Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills. " Proven communication skills. " Capable of presenting complex material to audiences at all levels of the organization. " Black-Belt certification from a recognized program is required. " Master Black Belt certification is not initially required, but the successful candidate should be capable of completing MBB certification within the first year in the role. " Previous experience in adult education is preferred, but not required. " Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is a must
