Executive Job Description | Description **Looking for a strong JDA functional resource for existing JDA Implementation. Candidate must have experience with JDA Demand Management and JDA Fulfillment modules** Job Roles / Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of JDA tool primarily on Demand and Fulfillment. The candidate should be able to interact directly with Business Users and should be able to explain to business users on how to exploit the power of JDA tool features. Apart from this consulting level experience, the candidate should be able to perform below BSA level duties: 1. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. 2. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 3. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) 4. Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, IT managers, Business Users and subject matter experts. 6. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs QualificationsQualifications MBA from premier institutes 2-6 years of experience
