Raised the companys core Net Promoter Score (NPS) from -37 to +24 in 18 months, launched 7 new software products in the same time period and transformed core ERP product into a successful Cloud offering including online provisioning and procurement of solutions as a service. As Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer responsible for a $60M R&D budget and charged with transforming the company from a low win-loss ratio (under 30% wins in 2008), declining revenues and shrinking margins and position the entity for sale within three years.
