Created infrastructure from the ground up and solidified Florida-based Avantair's west coast on-demand charter flight presence; hired 14 professional staff and trained teams, modeled excellent customer service leadership in 24/ 7 environment, while successfully gaining market share, and securing long term hangar leases.
