1) Pipeline Petroleum: Secured $125 million in first round capital for downstream energy acquisition. Directed acquisition and strategy, resulting in more than doubling of EBITDA in first twelve months;
2) Net3 Development: Founded and grew Alliance Capital & Rainier Companies' joint-venture real estate investment company, building team, sourcing transactions and obtaining capital and partners for netleased development, Investment and sales, resulting in $95 million in transactions over last 2 years;
3) Net Lease Alliance: Co-led and grew development services provider start-up into direct real estate funding and investment platform resulting in 49 projects at over $150 million prior to its 2015 spin-off;
