* Engaged and managed strategy, capital formation and revenue development for 6 client or related real estate investment entities:

1) Pipeline Petroleum: Secured $125 million in first round capital for downstream energy acquisition. Directed acquisition and strategy, resulting in more than doubling of EBITDA in first twelve months;

2) Net3 Development: Founded and grew Alliance Capital & Rainier Companies' joint-venture real estate investment company, building team, sourcing transactions and obtaining capital and partners for netleased development, Investment and sales, resulting in $95 million in transactions over last 2 years;

3) Net Lease Alliance: Co-led and grew development services provider start-up into direct real estate funding and investment platform resulting in 49 projects at over $150 million prior to its 2015 spin-off;

4) N3 Real Estate: Developed and implemented new operational process with expanded investment criteria while procuring additional equity of $150 million for new investments and buyout of investor;

5) ARC Trust: Supported and provided strategic guidance in bringing new investment platform to market, $20 million private offering that was over-sold by close to 50% or $10 million of additional equity;

6) US Restaurant Properties: Advised and assisted on strategy development while sourcing over $100 million of initial debt, equity and net-leased investments for re-formation of USRP as a private REIT;

* Responsible for originating, negotiating and structuring the capital stack on over $1.0 billion of real estate transactions including each projects interim and permanent capital structure.

* Led and managed team on the development of anchored retail consisting of more than 1.75 million square feet, sourcing land, entitling, mitigating, vertical construction and final sale, producing an average return of 100% on cost, equating to $68 million in profit over a 4 year period.
