Responsible for the P&L, quality, HSE, inventory management and on-time-delivery of five manufacturing sites located in North and South America that produced $300M+ in annual revenue, duties included:
" Leader of five plants with 650+ people located in Edmonton Canada, Oklahoma City OK, Veracruz Mexico, Maracaibo Venezuela, and Zarate Argentina which exceeded 2008 budgeted revenue by 20%. Plants produced API certified gate valves, well heads and x-mas trees.
" Led a team to downsize a facility and transition products to other facilities which yielded a $1.6M savings in six months.
" Championed Lean & 6Sigma improvement methods to achieve a 30% throughput with no additional roofline which saved $500K in capital.
" Responsible for the planning, site selection, funding, and execution of a new gate valve & well head manufacturing facility in Brazil. Business was targeted to generate approximately $20 M+ in gross revenue annually.
