Vice President, Human Resources (2008-2013)
Responsible for corporate-wide human resources and employee communication functions, including life cycle management of employees, compensation and benefit programs, labor relations and payroll functions. Total employee base of approximately 1,700. Manage 20 professionals.
? Directed human resource function through a period of corporate restructuring and consolidation
Improved efficiency and maintained a positive work environment, while collaborating with other members of the senior team to reduce headcount by over 30%
