VICE PRESIDENT / PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR - RISK MANAGEMENT
Direct execution of seven work streams created to implement CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) program and annual capital plan. Lead team of seven Senior Business and Technology Project Managers to oversee activities of work streams spanning credit, pre-provision net revenue, operational loss, sources and uses of capital/stress testing, IT data and automation, regulatory filings, and IT Program Office. Manage $10M annual program budget, all cross-functional dependencies and work plans, program risks, contingency planning, program scope, change controls, and conflict resolution. Deliver weekly program status reports to all stakeholders including CEO, CIO, CTO, CRO, CFOs, SEVPs, EVPs, SVPs, and VPs. Report to Senior EVP/Chief Risk Officer.
* Secured regulatory approval for annual capital plan from Federal Reserve by creating roadmap and execution plan for all seven work streams and coordinating, integrating, and leading cross-functional team to execute eight different projects for entire program.
* Ensured successful implementation of highly complex, mandated Federal Reserve Board final rule and supervisory guidance for annual capital plans by providing each work stream with program tools, procedures, project management resources, and quality assurance methodologies.

Led enterprise program with up to $5M budget to bring bank into compliance with requirements of Dodd Frank Act (DFA). Prioritized projects, developed project execution plans, allocated resources, developed enterprise-wide communication plan, and aligned business unit, technical development, and support organizations with DFA efforts. Recruited, trained, developed, and led team of six Senior IT Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Project Analysts/Administrators.
