PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Aerojet Rocketdyne – Camden, Arkansas (July 2020 to Feb 2022) Defense Sector: Develops and manufactures advanced propulsion and energetics systems for the DoD and companies, both domestic and international. This sector provides a full range of strategic missiles, missile defense, tactical systems, and armaments. * Senior Program Manager: Responsible for P&L and dispersed multi-functional leadership (operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, contracts, and business operations) with focus on supply chain and production planning and driving schedules and deliveries to meet customer and financial commitments. - Selected to turnaround and lead a rocket motor production contract for a strategic missile defense system, valued >$250M. - Drove Supply Chains, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Deliveries. * Program Manager: Initiated and led interagency planning and coordination to produce developmental rocket motors for Customer (DARPA). U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Little Rock, Arkansas (2019 – 2020) Project Manager: Programs provide DoD components with turn-key transition to new and renovated military healthcare facilities. Lead cross-organization teams (Defense Health Agency proponent offices, contracting, budgeting, and contractors). This includes developing cost and schedule estimates, evaluate proposals, and execute plans to budget and schedule.

Esterline (Currently Armtec Defense Technologies) – Camden, Arkansas (2014 – 2016) Designs, manufactures, and markets products for aerospace and defense customers including an Advanced Materials/Defense business unit that develops and manufactures combustible ordnance. * Program Manager: Responsible for P&L and leadership across all teams to synchronize energetics manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, continuous improvement, contracts, and sales on 9 production contracts for military aircraft counter-measure flares valued at $120M. - Senior member in improving a business unit by developing the first integrated plant-wide production plan and delivery schedule, ending production delinquencies (average of 3 months). - Led proposal team to win 2 competitive contracts, exceeding fiscal year 2016 bookings plan by 20%. - Led 2 New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions to full rate / high volume production. - Developed 3-year planning cycles (2-year execution) with domestic and international customers.
