I have successfully run large business operations of over US$250 Mn with direct responsibility for topline revenue growth, profit margin, customer satisfaction and team development. I specialize in B2B sales management and I am proficient in general commercial, legal and business practices in India.

I have been an entrepreneur, having set up and run a venture enabling entry of multi-national companies into India. My experience in working with global companies both as an India entry specialist and as a senior executive at a large global company, equip me with a unique ability to build a bridge between the expectations of a global business and Indian ways of working.

In each of my last 2 assignments, I led a team of nearly 200 people to deliver a doubling of revenue within 3 years. I did this through a combination of strategic initiatives such as building competitiveness in untapped market segments and through operational rigor of sales management, commercial discipline and people engagement. Currently, I am responsible for a US$ 275 Mn business delivering mobile and fixed line telecoms services to large global corporations in India. In this role, I substantially improved Ebidta margin by streamlining billing and collection processes and put the business on a growth path by re-organizing sales along the lines of account acquisition and product penetration.

My career spans diverse domains of telecoms, consulting, media and consumer products with in-depth experiences in business policy, sales, marketing and operations. My width of experience, enables me to lead C-level conversations with customers engaging them with solutions to digitalize their business.

I have a Masters in Business Management from one of India's top 5 B-Schools. In 2002, I was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office for an 11-week course on globalization and leadership at the London School of Economics.
