Developed and managed partnerships with local, state and federal government, business entities, non-profits, community groups, Veterans organizations, colleges and universities and law enforcement to advance company goals. The key strategic direction was linking our all services to our employment line of service. This included the welfare to work programs, adoption, homeless youth, housing and financial services. From a global perspective we established international adoption programs in Burundi and the Marshall Islands.
