INTERIM CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Reporting to the Managing Partner; tasked with building out middle and back office with an eye to supporting 75-100 attorneys, helping to define the relationship with the Managing Partner, and recruit for senior Support positions.

Developed & implemented an IT Strategy that positioned HSG as aggressive adopter of trends likely to reshape the industry (consumerization, cloud and mobile); hit the reset button on all critical business applications, with emphasis on security, usability, predictability and scalability.
Reorganized financial and labor reporting; with emphasis on key Revenue drivers (utilization & realization), margins, cash reconciliation, rolling budget and cash flow projections. Designed multiple secondary reports.
