Senior Vice President Supply Chain & CIO Put in place an operation for Distribution, Manufacturing and I/T infrastructure. Supply Chain: Searched for sites, negotiated terms and developed a fully functional Distribution Center to support our growing retail operation. The facility has been positioned to support hundreds of stores managing thousands of SKUs using newly developed systems. Manufacturing operation has been placed along side the distribution activities. This very complex facility supports 7 lines of business that deal with the creative activities of Soap, Wax, Cake, Jewelry and Glass. CIO: Since the inception of the company the I/T infrastructure has been developed to support hundreds of stores in a fast growing environment. Store technology has been prepared to efficiently process customer requests through multiple technologies. Including, specialized phone systems, traffic counters, Web site integration for point of sale, wireless technologies for handhelds. Corporate has been developed to include a dynamic set of Virtual Servers, phone systems and Graphic Design systems.
