Led implementation of the Regional Health Initiative (RHI) focused on HIV/RH for Eurasia in 2003 through a private foundation funding. RHI is the longest running and most successful project of ARC. The private foundation's funding grew from less than a million to support HIV/RH projects in Russia to over $35 million in 2013 to support a variety of international projects in Africa and Asia.
