As part of company?s growth initiative, was asked to create and lead a new Asia sales organization. Initially worked closely with global business segment GM?s to devise account penetration strategies and identify key customer targets. Responsible for profitable revenue growth and new business acquisition in Asia. Hired and created sales team from the ground up. Developed regional sales strategies for China and India.



Global Customer Business Unit Vice President & GM (?06 -09) Hong Kong

Promoted to lead the growth of a global business with full P&L responsibility, and direct reporting of operations, supply chain, and account management. Began business with manufacturing and grew bundled service offerings to include logistics, repair, and engineering across Asia, North America and Europe. Accountable for key executive relationships and all commercial engagements.


General Manager, Global Fulfillment Operations (?03 ? 06) North America

Spent first year in this role developing and launching fulfillment services offering (value add logistics) to the marketplace. Led a group of 81 direct and indirect staff. Implemented a total quality program (TQM) across the manufacturing floor and installed automation equipment to 15% of line flow resulting in 20% productivity improvements. Due to labor cost pressures, operations were eventually transferred to Mexico facility which reduced direct labor and product costs by 85% and 17% respectively.
