EUROVESTECH PLC 2012 to Present
A $75M London based venture capital fund investing in and developing early stage technology companies.
Director of Investments / Board Member
Brought in by the Chairman to provide strategic oversight and hands-on operational support to portfolio companies with operations in the UK, France, Israel, Russia and the US. Oversee the portfolios development, evaluating new technologies, selecting new investments, and delivering exits.
Active participant in six high performing boards across a portfolio of companies: Toluna, Maxifier, Magenta, Audionamix, TUTE Genomics, and LogNet Systems. As licensed CPA, acted as financial expert for audit committees and promoted sound corporate governance.

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Recruited by the CEO (former CEO of TCI Solutions) to create a corporate structure separating the retail price optimization solution business from the parent company to create greater shareholder value. Led the Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources functions, with responsibility for corporate strategy; business planning and budgeting, corporate risk, compliance, governance issues, and Board relations.
Instrumental role in the investors exit and sale of the business. Essential to negotiating and finalizing the SPA, led the due diligence process and served as primary liaison with legal, financial, tax, and transaction advisors.
Facilitated transformational shifts in corporate strategy by partnering with the CEO to instill vision and grow key areas of the business, including post acquisition integration into the parent companys business.
