Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
Served as Partner and Trusted Advisor to two successive CEOs and the Board of Directors. Responsible for all financial matters while positioning the company to bring a key product to market and to deliver value to shareholders through its sale to a large pharmaceutical company. Orchestrated the efforts of 21 accountants supporting external reporting, technical accounting, research and development, manufacturing, sales, general and administrative and the information technology functions.
