Executive Job Description	Regional Food Safety and Quality Manager - $90-100k plus 20% incentive plus perks (stock, etc)  Dairy Products Mfg - Position will report to Corporate Food Safety and Quality Manager. This position will lead implementation of sustainable food safety and quality processes across multiple facilities as well as selected product categories. Provide leadership and interface between Enterprise Quality, plant leaders, operators, other support functions and customers. Travel time approximately 50% - 70%. Will work with various individuals and groups to ensure consistent execution across the organization. Lead through collaboration and auditing to GFSI (SQF) and associated processes as a platform for company Food Safety and Quality systems. BS Food Science, Microbiology or closely related Technical/Scientific degree - A minimum of 5 years experience in dairy products manufacturing, knowledge of microbiology and food science, strong computer skills and understanding of process excellence methodologies; GFSI (SQF) and dairy PMO experience preferred. Must have Milk, Yogurt or Dairy experience to include Plant, Lab and Corporate involvement. Ability to travel a region made up of 4 states; UT, CA, AZ and TX. 50-70% travel. Reports to Corp Food Safety and Quality Mgr. No direct reports.
