Executive Job Description	Quality Manager - $90-95K  Plastic & Paper Packaging - Responsible for directing the plant Quality Assurance system. Establish an effective Quality Management System (QMS) and champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives in a team-based environment. Initiate and implement quality improvement activities to raise the performance of the Business units product lines. Educate and train employees as to their impact on the quality management system. Provide strategic direction and leadership for quality systems implementation for the facility. Lead and direct the Quality Assurance functions with a focus on continuous improvement and harmonizing quality systems. Perform root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements. Investigate and direct the response to customer and consumer complaints. BS Engineering/Technical desired - BS degree required, any certifications are a plus (Six Sigma, Lean, TPS)  requires 3+ years experience as a Quality Manager in a paper/plastics packaging facility.
