Executive Job Description | Up To $125,000 base, plus Bonus & Relocation Assistance
The selected candidate will have responsibility for the entire production/operations function and have several departments reporting to him/her.
MUST HAVE:
Experience managing High Volume CNC Machining shop/floor/facility (Mills & Lathes)
Seven to ten years manufacturing management experience in a high volume machining house a MUST
Experience in planning, implementing, budgeting in a Manufacturing environment is a MUST
Bachelor's degree A MUST
" Preferences: Product development, Capital improvement
" Strong knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques " Experience in employee training and development. " Possess technical skills in materials and inventory management, production scheduling, and preventive maintenance. " Proficiency in problem analysis and problem resolution. " Ability to develop and lead high performance teams and be a strong team player.
Ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines. " Plans and implements operating policies, procedures and budgets. " Manages policy deployment in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures. " Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development. " Determines operations headcount needs and ensures compliance with company policies. " Ensures compliance with company needs for capital investments and improvement projects. " Establishes challenging targets for improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery and employee relations.
