I am an all-rounded executive who knows how to start, build or/and turn around the Business and Organization. My background is 12 years of superb sales career in Procter & Gamble. P&G roles included Central Eastern Europe different countries assignments on a number of positions e.g. Country Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Director. The jobs were about selling new product lines, training and building organizations, general management of distributors businesses and P&G legal entities, dealing with big international retailers or internally winning new approaches to bring break through results as well as negotiate better deals with business partners. In the start up project, as Vice President Chief Commercial Officer I was responsible to set up foundations and manage sales, distribution, marketing and customer experience as well as revenue management organizations. At the same time I was a board member and entrepreneur representative in legal entities in one of the countries we operate. This includes the representative function towards outside world like press, radio, TV, local authorities or parliamentarians.
2004. VICE-PRESIDENT, CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER I joined the current job after 12+ years of a very successful career in Procter & Gamble which could have still continued. The start up project was something I had to give a try.
I was responsible to set up and manage sales, distribution, marketing and customer experience as well as revenue management organizations. At the same time I was a board member and entrepreneur representative in legal entities in one of the countries we operate. The organization all positions were fast filled in. In 2 months we got almost 2000 agents registered to sell our service. Outsource call center was operational from the day one of the commercial start. While we still were waiting for the investor we have run a series of successful guerilla and creative marketing actions. Our internet site experience 30-40 thousand visits a day. Sells go for a new record each day and the revenue stream keeps improving.

The assignment priority was to set up a new approach for the changing market environment and to get the cost under control. Headcount was downsized and new organizational structure was successfully tested. The expected results were over delivered so I got promoted and move for the next assignment.

I build a new organization to execute internally align my rules on how we operate. I started up efficient van selling operations, fired an ineffective Distributor and got marketing plans adjusted to the countries local feedback and consumers needs. The reward was that in the countries volume grew with 330 index. The sells per population got to the highest level among all P&G Central Eastern Europe businesses.
