Manager - Business Development - Eastern Region (2003 to 2007) Independently planned and directed all sales and marketing programs in newly created position managing business development throughout the 17-state Eastern Region. Transitioned corporate culture from a focus on individual sales to a strategic emphasis on account development, relationship management and retention. Introduced programs to increase both sales volume and product mix profitability. Recruited, trained and led a team of seven top sales producers.
