Responsible for strategic planning, business development, growth and innovation. In addition, global product manager for organic coagulants, antiscalants and surfactants product lines. 14 people organization.
• Leading the development of the global business strategy ($350MM business)
• Overseeing all strategic projects involving sales expansion, cost reduction and capital expenditures to achieve 25% sales growth and triple EBIT over the next 3 to 5 years
• Developing and implementing global product strategies to determine global manufacturing footprint
• Developed and currently leading brand transformation initiative for business
• Leading Segment Business with growth plan to achieve 300% sales and profit growth in 3-5 years
• Developed the new strategy for business with $845MM in sales, including vision, business concept and strategic cornerstones, and implemented global rollout in Asia and Latin America

Accountable for $340 MM business P&L. Responsible for overall business strategy, pricing, new product introduction and product management. Manage group of 8 professionals located globally.
• Achieved business turnaround with EBIT growth from $1.4MM in 2004 to $8.1MM in 2005 ($9.4MM est. in 2006).
• Achieved sales of $44MM of products introduced in the last 5 years vs. a goal of $30.6MM, and increased net present value of new product development portfolio from $57MM to $120MM while improving quality of projects in funnel.
