Including conducting meetings, where appropriate, in Japanese. Led development / licensing deals, worth over $5 million, with Samsung mobile & television groups. Negotiated a $2 million strategic investment in DDD by Arisawa Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Japan. Drove a $250,000 development/licensing agreement with Arisawa for DDDs 3-D set top box solution. Closed worldwide licensing deals with Sharp and Samsung for a DDD software/content bundle on 2D/3D PCs and TVs. Initiated relationships with key mobile carriers in Asia, Europe and the US. Established relationships and agreements with major electronics retailers, studios and 2-D/3-D content owners. Produced "Gentleman Bandit," a $1.2 million feature film. Duties included creation of the business plan, financials and the LLC, raising funds, budgeting, deal making, contract drafting and production management. Co-Produced "Urbania," a $750,000 feature. Managed the budget, post-production, marketing, sale and distribution of the film. Led a crew of up to 70 on the production of Gentleman Bandit, and a crew of up to 40 on Urbania. Drafted the business plan, supervised business affairs and was in charge of the financials. Designed and built the company's computer systems and internal databases. Managed the development team.

Worked with producer Jeff Silver on the $40 million Warner Bros. feature film "Addicted to Love." Involved in all aspects of the films production, including story development meetings, scheduling and budgeting, research, talent deals, hiring of key crew, production, screening recruitment, editorial notes creation, and marketing campaign development. Developed with writers, producers, and directors, the projects that Outlaw optioned or purchased. Established relationships with agents and managers in order to track and acquire new film projects. Drafted various business plans and proposals and worked with the owner on overall company strategy/finance.

Oversaw production for prime time Japanese television shows with an average budget of $300,000 for Fuji TV and Nippon TV.
