• Developed the Navy/Marine Corps Air and Surface Weapons Technology Program, based on the setting and achievement of challenging time-phased goals; resulting in the “commercialization” of six technology products. • Navy representative for weapons technology coordination with the governments of Israel and Japan. • Developed the Naval technology policy and program for the new Land Attack mission area. • Published and presented two papers on weapons technology and acquisition reform.
