Director of Global Marketing Responsible for designing and developing key marketing and branding programs to execute the marketing position and vision for offices in 73 countries. Manage marketing team of six and budget of $3M. - Drove a marketing program for a customer experience redesign for Manpower retail locations worldwide. Currently in test in 5 countries with early results showing a 200% increase in walk-in traffic and candidate placement. - Directed the creative and marketing programs with a multi-million investment for a new global web service targeted at experienced finance, IT and engineering professionals. - Created a global marketing and operations strategy for the Manpower Professional business with input from 35 business leaders in 20 countries. Managed a global ethnographic research initiative in five countries to guide the branding and customer experience initiatives. - Crafted and launched the global marketing strategy for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) offering along with an advertising and collateral program to increase target market awareness. Manage marketing team of six and a budget of more than $5M. - Led a global multi-million dollar rebranding program involving new advertising, literature and website. Administered an advertising program in U.S. and Europe with an annual budget of $3.4M. - Contributed to Manpower branding efforts as member of six-person global advertising team. Led rebranding for three Manpower divisions, Jefferson Wells, Elan and Right Management, as part of 2006 campaign to reposition the corporate brand. - Managed an international public relations program, employing six agencies in the U.S. and Europe. Delivered 106 media mentions with 30 million gross impressions in 2005 and 300 mentions and 60 million gross impressions in 2006. Supervised staff of seven managers. - Identified $5-8M in additional profit, an increase of 38%, based on the creation of new pricing tools, and improved contracts for the Operations & Maintenance service offering. - Crafted and administered the execution of a new client retention program called “Clients for Life”, resulting in 100% customer retention.
