A wholly owned subsidiary of IHDG. Vernon is a ($50M) industrial manufacturer of flexible extruded and calendered PVC film. Assumed leadership position in 2002 to re-formulate and direct turnaround strategy for overall business.
 Reversed negative EBITDA trend in first 3 months from (-$1.8M to + $.5M annualized) Revenue increase +12.5% in 2002.
 Developed three- year strategic plan along with 2002 tactical initiative to right size business structure in first 6 months.
