A strategic and business partner to the CEO, Divisional General Managers, and Senior Management

Completed the acquisition and integration of 2 companies that expanded our product portfolio and client roster while simultaneously providing an opportunity to better service our exisitng client portfolio through expanded service offerings.

Executive Financial Management (08/2000 - 06/2002)

Developed a plan that successfully helped fend off a $1.5MM fraudently filed lawsuit against the studio
Successfully lead a team that revamped the company's 401(k) plan and established Fidelity as the plan's administrator

Operational Finance/Merger & Acquisition Mangement (11/1996 - 08/2000)

Acted in the capacity of CFO/Controller for acquisition division.
Managed the financial operations for a twelve (12) state, $160M office equipment sales and service organization
Provide financial direction for a 110 member team that supported equipment sales, leasing, service and maintenance, order processing, credit and collections, financial planning and reporting, distribution and warehousing, purchasing, accounts payable, inventory management, payroll, and customer service
Responsible for the acquisition process from prospecting new targets to final purchase
Direct the successful integration of all new companies into Toshiba's network of owned dealerships
Implement profit improvement plans to maximize Toshiba's return on investment
Establish and coordinate the development of expense budgets, sales forecasts, profit planning, and capital expenditures
