Accomplishments: Successful in driving internal organic growth through focusing on diversification strategies which include moving our products and services into new industry vericals (specifically Auto and Apparel to date) while simultaneously providing more balance to our portfolio of clients. Successful in developing external growth strategies through Mergers and Acquisitions, and the development of Partnerships and other Strategic Alliances. Completed the acquisition and integration of 2 companies that expanded our product portfolio and client roster while simultaneously providing an opportunity to better service our exisitng client portfolio through expanded service offerings. Successfully formed a strategic partnership (marketing service allicance) with an east coast based company which stengthens our weakest product offering while expanding our geographical coverage to provide increased service to our exisiting and future client portfolio. Job responsibilities: Acted in the capacity of CFO/Controller for acquisition division.
