· Oversaw and managed NexGen City at the request of the Board of Directors due to a lack of confidence in their CEO.
· Contributed to the construction of a business plan needed by UBID to raise venture capital funding.

· Established an Inventory Management department with accountability for product analysis and allocation. Gained $15M increase in rental gross margin, which contributed significantly to 28% profitability increase.
· Formalized monthly financial reviews process by facilitating candid conversations about company performance and corrections to business plans. Realized annual bottom line growth rates of 31% in 2002 and 28% in 2003.
· Restructured both Finance and Information Technology departments to reduce costs and improve business support.

· Re-engineered Marketing Finance, developing the first sales plan by city. Created focused market-specific approach with appropriate programs to attack down market.
