Manage a $2.5 million budget and 12-person staff in the timely and cost effective production of monthly video and book releases and related marketing support materials. Member of senior management team assisting in the evaluation of new business directions, addressing “big picture” concerns, and analyzing financial issues.

* Negotiated duplication and replication contracts with leading industry suppliers resulting in an average cost reduction of 20% from contract to contract.

* Achieved $450,000 (average) annual savings in video production and graphic design costs over a 3-year period. Reduced DVD authoring costs by 40%, English language dubbing costs by 20%, subtitling costs by 75%, and graphic design costs by 70%.
