* Identified an excessive inventory position in first two weeks on the job and put actions in place that resulted in a 66% reduction of On Hand/On Order inventory in three months with minimal write down of disposed valuation. * Implemented processes with CEM partner that reduced order to delivery lead-time from 14 days to 5-7 days. * Developed an Available to Promise (ATP) system tied to Forecasts that informed Sales of product availability. * Modified BTO Kanban system to reduce throughput, improve on time delivery and reduce configured inventory.

Recruited into a fast growing multinational $2.2B company to start up a New Product Introduction (NPI) department focused on bringing product to market and generating revenue in a shorter time frame. Advanced in position to support international NPI, Lean Manufacturing implementation and the turn around of New Product Support Services. Managed 30 professionals through 3 direct reports (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Advanced Test Engineering and Launch Management), with a departmental budget of $9.5 million.

Managed a staff of 180 professionals through 6 direct reports (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Program Management, R&D and Engineering Services/Best practices).
Value Contribution in excess of $50 million in each year (10% of Revenue). * Reduced design Time to Market (TTM) from greater than 24 months to 12 months with goal of 7-9 months for ground up development. Targeted TTM for design updates to less than 6 months. * Improved labor utilization while meeting critical development milestones and customer deliveries by "outsourcing" strategic development projects.
